As most of our items are antique, vintage or custom made, all sales are final and non-returnable. Please note that some of our unique, antique, handmade and “one-of-a-kind” items are offered to you in a condition that have been loved and used. Therefore, please expect some “wear and tear”. Some pieces may have flaws or imperfections which only add to the timeworn charm and character of the piece. We will be happy to send an additional picture on an item if requested. Please e-mail us with any questions you may have prior to purchase. We will mark items sold as quickly as possible! However, in the event you purchase an item that has been previously sold, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy
The shipping charges below are for items shipped within the continental United States only. All others, including Alaska, Hawaii and International customers, please e-mail us to request shipping charge. Delivery discrepancies, damages and freight charges are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier once the merchandise has been accepted and left our facilities.
The rates below are normal shipping charges and DO NOT apply to some furniture and oversized items. Overnight and 2nd (business) day shipping are available. *Some items are oversized and are available for Local Pick Up. Shipping options are also available for these items with an additional surcharge.

Surcharges
Some of our items may require special packaging or handling due to their size, shape, weight or fragility. The surcharge will be noted on the product page and added to the delivery fee at the when the order is placed.

We also offer gift wrap services for no extra charge to our wonderful customers when they need to spruce up a gift!
